Some Girls Son't Realize This

some girls just dont realize these things..

I'm sorry
that I bought you roses
to tell you that i like you

I'm sorry
That I was raised with respect
not to sleep with you when you were drunk

I'm sorry
That my body's not ripped enough
to "satisfy" your wants

I'm sorry
that I open your car door,
and pull out your chair like I was raised

I'm sorry
That I'm not cute enough
to be "your guy"

I'm sorry
That I am actually nice;
not a jerk

I'm sorry
I don't have a huge bank account
to buy you expensive things

I'm sorry
I like to spend quality nights at home
cuddling with you, instead of at a club

I'm sorry
I would rather make love to you then just screw you
like some random guy.

I'm sorry
That I am always the one you need to talk to,
but never good enough to date

I'm sorry
That I always held your hair back when you threw up,and didn't get mad at you for puking in my car,
but when we went out you went home with another guy

I'm sorry
That I am there to pick you up at 4am when your new man hit you and dropped you off in the middle of nowhere,
but not good enough to listen to me when I need a friend

I'm sorry
If I start not being there because it hurts being used as a door mat, only to be thrown to the side when the new jerk comes around

I'm sorry
If I don't answer my phone anymore when you call, to listen to you cry for hours, instead of getting a couple hours of sleep before work

I'm sorry
that you can't realize.. I've been the one all along.

I'm sorry
If you read this and know somebody like this
but don't care

But most of all

I'm sorry
For not being sorry anymore

I'm sorry
That you can't accept me for who I am

I'm sorry
I can never do anything right, and nothing that I do is good
enough to make it in your world.

I'm sorry
I caught your boyfriend with another girl and told you about it, I thought that was what friends were for...

I'm sorry
That I told you I loved you and actually meant it.

I'm sorry
That I talked to you for nine hours on Thanksgiving when your boyfriend was threatening you instead of spending time with my family.

I'm Sorry
That I cared

I'm sorry
that I listen to you at night talking about how you wish you could have done something different.

Ladies always complain and gripe to their friends that there is never any good guys out there, and they always end up with assholes who mistreat them. Well ladies next time you're complaining, maybe look up to see who you're complaining to, maybe that special someone is right there hanging on your every word as usual, screaming in his head "Why won't you give me a chance?"
Because the person you are usually searching for is right by you.

If you're a guy and you agree with this letter, repost as "I'm sorry "

If You're a girl and you would never make your guy feel this way, repost as Subject "Girls dont realize these things"

Some Rules Guys Should Live By

Here are some Rules Guys should live by when dealing with us girls:

1. Whatever you do, don't just show up at their house [without notice]...they run around in their underwear just like we do.

2. DON'T CHEAT ON THEM. It may seem foolproof, but girls tell each other everything about everything. Trust me, they WILL find out and you will be screw'd.

3. Beware of every single male relative and all guy friends. Any of them would kick your ass at the drop of a hat, and a lot of them wouldn't even wait for the hat.

4. NEVER miss an opportunity to tell them they're beautiful.

5. DON'T refuse to kiss in front of your friends. If they laugh at you, it's because they're jealous.

6. If they slap you hard, you deserved it.

7. Don't be afraid to touch them if you want to. If they're going out with you in the first place, it's because they like being in your arms.

8. If you don't sleep with them, DO NOT tell your friends that you did.
8. If you DO sleep with them, DON'T tell your friends that you did.

9. You can be dirty minded in private, really...most of them are not offended by it...

10. Not all of them eat like birds, a lot of them can eat like whales.

11. Most of them don't mind paying half of everything, but they do discuss these things with their friends. Realize that if you make your girlfriend pay half all the time, everyone will know about it and your friends will know you're a pussy..

11. Do you honestly need all your money that much? Be a man, pay all the time!

12. Every girl should eventually get three things from her boyfriend- a stuffed animal, ONE OF HIS SWEATSHIRTS, and a really PRETTY RING (plastic ones from machines count). Even if it's not a serious relationship.

13. Make sure she gets home safely as often as you can. If you're dropping her off, walk her to the door. If you aren't dropping her off, call to be sure she's home safely.

14. If a guy is bothering her, it is your right to beat the shit out of him.

15. If you're talking to a female friend of yours, PULL YOUR GIRLFRIEND CLOSER.

16. NEVER, ever slap her, even if it's just in a joking way. Even if she swats you first, and says, "Oh, you're so dumb" or something, never make any gestures back

17. Go to a chick flick once in a while. She doesn't care whether you enjoy it or not, it just matters that you went.

18. You're dead meat if you can't get along with their pets, parents, and best friends. Be prince charming to their friends, Mr. Polite to their parents, and make sure to be nice to their animals.

19. Don't flirt with their moms...that's just freaky.

20. Don't be freaked out by PMS. It's not gross, and it really does make them feel like shit, so be understanding.

21. If you don't like the way they drive, you do it.

22. If you're officially dating, and you're introducing her to your friends, you'd better damn well introduce her as your girlfriend.

23. Don't stress where you go for every date. They really only want to be with you.

24. If they complain that something hurts, rub it for them WITHOUT being asked.

25. Girls are fragile. Even if you're play fighting/wrestling, be very gentle.

26. Memorize their birthdays. You forget her birthday and you're basically screwed for life.also monthsaries even though its not that important to girls they are--trust me!especially anniversaries too!basically any day that was memorable to the girl...honestly girls can memorize special dates what about guys huh?

27. Don't marinade in the cologne, but smell good.

28. Don't give her something stupid for her birthday or Christmas or Valentine's day. It doesn't have to be expensive, but it has to be meaningful.

30. After you've been dating for a while, realize that they really have started to trust you. When you have a girlfriend who truly trusts you, you have a lot more responsibility, privilege and control than you would think. Be careful with it, most guys would kill for that kind of power, and it can be lost in a nanosecond.

31. NEVER, and i mean NEVER make her do anything she doesn't wanna do. Because if you do she'll think that you're only after one thing. (and i think you all know what that is)-sex.

(If you have read this and you are a girl, then some of these things are actually really true...am I right?! And if you read this and you are a guy, then these are like the best tips you could ever get!)

PS: I didn't right this but something you should consider yourself

Please Hear What I'm Not Saying...

Please Hear What I'm Not Saying.. by Jill Zevallos-Solak

Don't be fooled by me.
Don't be fooled by the face I wear
For I wear a mask,
A thousand masks,
Masks that I'm afraid to take off,
And none of them is me.
Pretending is an art that's second nature to me,
But don't be fooled.
For God's sake don't be fooled.
I give you the impression that I am insecure,
That confidence is my name and coolness is my game,
That the water's calm and I'm in command,
And that I need no one.
But don't believe me.
My surface may seem smooth but my surface is my mask,
Ever-varying and ever-concealing.
Beneath lies no complacence.
Beneath lies fear and confusion and loneliness.
But I hide this for I don't want anybody to know it.

I panic at the thought of my weakness and fear being exposed.
That's why I frantically create a mask to hide behind,
A nonchalant sophisticated facade,
To help me pretend,
To shield me from the glances that know.
But such a glance is precisely my salvation.
My only hope and I know it.
That is, if it's followed by acceptance,
If It's followed by love.
It's the only thing that can liberate me from myself,
From my own self-built prison walls,
From the barriers I so painstakingly erect.
It's the only thing that will assure me
Of what I can't assure myself,
That I'm really worth something,
That I really can do something right.
I don't like to hide.
I don't like to play superficial phony games.
I want to stop playing them.
I want to be genuine and spontaneous and me,
But you got to help me.
You've got to hold out your hand
Even when that's the last thing I seem to want.
Only you can wipe from my eyes
The bland stare of the living dead.
Only you can call me into aliveness.

Each time your kind and gentle and encouraging,
Each time you try to understand because you really care,
My heart begins to grow wings,
Very small wings
Very feeble wings,
But wings nonetheless
With your power to touch me into feeling
You can breathe life into me,
I want you to know that.

Who am I,
You may wonder.
I am someone you know very well,
For I am every man you meet,
And I am every woman you meet.

Please Listen

Please Listen by Author Unknown

When I ask you to listen to me
And you start giving me advice
You have not done what I asked.
When I ask you to listen to me
And you begin to tell me why
I shouldn't feel that way,
You are trampling on my feelings.
When I ask you to listen to me
And you feel you have to do something
To solve my problem,
You have failed me,
Strange as that may seem.
Listen! All I ask is that you listen.
Don't talk or do--just hear me.
Advice is cheap; 20 cents will get
You both Dear Abby and Billy Graham
In the same newspaper.
And I can do for myself; I am not helpless.
Maybe discouraged and faltering,
But not helpless.
When you do something for me that I can
And need to do for myself,
YOu contribute to my fear and inadequacy.
But when you accept as a simple fact
That I feel what I feel,
No matter how irrational,
Then I can stop trying to convince
You and get about this business
Of understanding what's behind
This irrational feeling.
And when that's clear,
The answers are obvious,
And I don't need advice.
Irrational feelings make sense when
We understand what's behind them.
Perhaps that's why prayer works, sometimes,
For some people-God is mute,
And he doesn't give advice a try to fix things.
God just listens and lets you work it out for yourslef.
So please listen, and just hear me.
And if you want to talk,
Wait a minute for your turn-and I will listen to you.

Paint Brush

Paint Brush by Bettie B. Youngs

I keep my paint brush with me
Wherever I may go,
In case I need to cover up
So the real me doesn't show.
I'm so afraid to show you me,
Afraid of what you'll do-that
You might laugh or say mean things.
I'm afraid I might lose you.

I'd like to remove all my paint coats,
To show you the real, true me,
But I want you to try and understand,
I need you to accept what you see.
So if you'll be patient and close your eyes,
I'll strip off all my coats real slow.
Please understand how much it hurts
To let the real me show.

Now my coats are all stripped off.
I feel naked, bare and cold,
And if you still love me with all that you see,
Your my friend, pure as gold.

I need to save my paint brush, though,
And hold it in my hand,
I want to keep it handy
In case somebody doesn't understand.
So please protect me, dear friend
And thanks for loving me true,
But please let me keep my paint brush with me
Until I love me, too.

Bettie B. Youngs

Growing

Growing by Brooke Mueller

I'm leaving now to slay the foe-
Fight the battles, high and low.
I'm leaving, Mother, hear me go!
Please wish me luck today.

I've grown my wings,
I want to fly,
Seize my victories where they lie.
I'm going, Mom, but please don't cry-
Just let me find my way.

I want to see and touch and hear,
Through there are dangers, There are fears,
I'll smile my smiles and dry my tears-
Please let me speak my say.

I'm off to find my world, my dreams,
Carve my niche, sew my seams,
Remember, as I sail my streams,
I love you, all the way.

Brooke Mueller

Teenage Bill of Rights

Teenage Bill of Rights

Our Rights With Friends:

We all have the right and the privilege to have friends. We can choose our friends based on our own likes and dislikes. We don't have to like the same people everyone else likes or not like someone because they aren't in our "group." Friendship is a personal thing. We can ask from our friends that they be trustworthy. If we share something with them and ask them not to tell everyone, we can expect that they will keep it just between us. We will give them the same right. If they don't, they have betrayed our trust and friendship. It is okay to be honest with our friends. If they do something that hurts us or concerns us. we can talk to them about it. We will be open to their being honest also. This does not mean it is okay to be mean to each other, just that we can talk honestly about our feelings. We have the right to be respected for the decisions we make. Some of our friends may not understand the choice we make, but they are our choices. In return, we take responsibility for them.

Our Rights With Parents and Other Adults:

We have the right to have our feelings respected and not compared to the feelings of puppies....or any other such put downs. Our feelings are strong and sometimes confusing. It helps if you take our feelings seriously and listen to us before disregarding them. We feel we have the right to make decisions(some, not all) for ourselves. If we make mistakes we will learn from them, but it is time for us to be more responsible. Whenever possible, exclude us from your fights. We understand that fighting is part of every relationship, but it is painful for us to be involved. Don't put us in the middle of ANY problem you have with each other. We agree to treat you with respect and ask that you respect us in return. This includes respecting our privacy.

Our Rights With Everyone:

We have the right to be loved unconditionally, and our goal is to love you the same. We have the right to speak our minds, love ourselves, feel our feelings, and strive for our dreams. Please support us by believe in us rather than fearing for us.

I Can't Take This Anymore!

I Can't Take This Anymore

I'm standing here screaming
But you don't see me
You don't care about me
Or how I feel
How do you know
What I'm telling you is real?
We never talk so why you still here?
Please just leave me alone dear
Go back to your games
But when you come back,
Don't expect things to be the same
I'm tired of waiting here forever
Us being together is turning into never
I'm leaving you now
Don't you dare come on around
This ain't working out for me
Why can't you take time to see,
How much I need you and
How this is killing me?
But your too busy to pay attention to me...
I don't really care anymore
Hence why I'm walking out the door
I know your gonna be pissed
But baby, this time you missed
I'm outta here
I love you
But I can't take this dear
I can't take this
ANYMORE.

I Want A Guy...

I want a guy who calls me when has a free moment just to say hi cause then I know he's thinking and missing me. I want a guy who gets on the computer and demands my attention when he's there cause then I know he wants me. I want a guy who reads my stories and poems when I write them cause then, I know he really does care about me and wants to get to know me better. A guy who is not afraid to show me off, whose not embarrassed by me. He'll know when something's bother me and when I say I don't want to talk about it, he'll wait till I am ready to. A guy who isn't jealous but trusts me and knows that he's the only guy I really care about in my life. Who doesn't doubt my love. Who knows I have many guys in my life but only one in my heart. A guy who can tell when I'm about to cry just by reading my IMs. And when he realizes I'm about to cry, he'll try anything just to cheer me up. A guy who comes on to the computer everyday just to ask me if I want to talk about anything or how my day was, even if it's for five minutes. One who won't always let me win when we wrestle and if he wins, he'll steal a kiss, just cause he can. Someone who knows, just by looking at me, that all I need is to be held because I'm depressed and he's there with arms wide open. I'll feel safe and comfortable with him. I won't be worrying what he thinks of me cause I'll already know. One who I know would never be jealous of my best guy friends cause he know's I'd still choose him. A guy who thinks I'm perfect for him but knows I'm not. I don't need a knight in shining armor. I just want a guy who'd love me for me. Someone who'd be there with me through out thick and thin. I know I can depend on him and our love will be so strong nothing can break it. This is the guy I want...

A Little While

I'm sitting here,
Thinking of you
I'm tired of life
And don't know what to do

You use to make me smile
Now your gone
I'm sad again
And it's been awhile

I guess you didn't mean what you said
I guess it doesn't matter
Part of me always knew
You never did

I don't know why I care so much
I guess it's just the fact that
You had caught my heart
And put it in a bunch

So hard to forget you
When you were so perfect
Even though
I know you've forgotten me too

Living each day
Waiting online
Another wasted night
Makes me sigh

Oh well, I'll learn to let go
Eventually
It's hard I know
But I will let you go

Keep your memories, yes
After all,
You were the best
Dwell on them, no
For the pain hurts me so

Well, I got to go get on with life
I have to try to face the night
Without your memory
I know it's impossible
Cause your always in my sight
But it's worth a try

I promise to be strong
And tonight,
I'm not gonna cry
I'm gonna put a smile on my face
Even if it's fake
Even if it will only last
A little while

Just a little While
